How referrals work
Fawpearl provides online psychiatric evaluations, medication management and talk therapy with a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. We welcome referrals from primary care providers, therapists, hospitals, care facilities and community partners.

We reach out to schedule a video visit, usually within the week.
- 3We keep you in the loop
With your patient's consent, we share updates and coordinate care with you.
Insurance
We're in-network with most major plans, including Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Horizon, Oscar, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay is also available. Fees & insurance
